Lowrider garage goes upscale in Colorado
High Class CC has 28 chapters under its belt and these different groups span across the country, from the high desert of California to Mexicali, New Orleans and even overseas to Australia and Japan. The Colorado chapter of the groups always seems to be in “Mile High” mode – and we’re not talking about elevation, we’re talking about attitude. The Colorado Chapter carries a great spirit for lowriding and the group proudly represents the culture.
When the Lowrider The Colorado Springs Super Show was a couple of weekends ago, we visited the Colorado chapter of the High Class CC clubhouse / boutique and met with club president Randy Bills. Bills is a man of many trades: he is a bespoke painter, he does interiors, and he does whatever is necessary to help his brotherhood of club members. Lowrider Garage Episode 66 takes place in the store parking lot, where the entire Colorado High Class chapter has gathered to make the show trailer.
Lowrider Garage Brings you to the Colorado Springs Super Show:
There were plenty of rides with custom colored snowflakes, patterns, and paint schemes, as well as lovely interiors, at our Colorado Springs Super Show, but when it comes to High Class and its identity, the rides at the group are locked and fully equipped with chrome and engraved undercarriages. Can you imagine the hours it takes to clean an undercarriage? This group certainly can.
Do not miss
Before the procession to the Lowrider the show kicked off, we met all the members of the Colorado section of High Class CC, each of them gave us a short briefing and told us about their individual rides, the history of the club and how they reflect the lowrider image and culture near the Rockies. Catch all Lowrider Garage action this Friday by visiting our YouTube channel, our Facebook page or Instagram TV. See you tonight at 5:00 p.m. PST!
