CCTV footage shows three people riding what witnesses describe as “scrambler bikes” on Childwall Park Avenue at around 12:05 p.m. on Wednesday March 9.

One of the “scrambler bikes” then hits a Nissan Silver as it attempts to park in the driveway of a house.

The driver is seen fleeing the scene after the crash, before the motorcycle burst into flames.
